Each company management team is individually interviewed by Central England Business Angels to determine it's ability to achieve the business plan objectives. It is Central England Business Angels' intent that any plan put forward to Angels will be worth the time and attention to explore the opportunity.
Central England Business Angels will consider taking a share of the success fee in equity. This should give the investor the confidence that the pre and post funding support, and the supply of information, is as important to Central England Business Angels as the investor, and are equally as interested in the realisation of the investment. If appropriate, EIS Advanced Assurance will have been applied for.
The Central England Business Angels business model is somewhat different to the usual "angel network". The intent is to produce a smaller number of better quality opportunities, which is, Central England Business Angels believe, how investors would prefer it. Central England Business Angels also provides a Post Funding programme designed to provide Investors financial reporting on a regular basis in order to assess the progess of the investment.
