Central England Business Angels is well aware that continuing to support the SME after investment is crucial. This not only helps the SME to follow the business model that was promoted to gain the investment, and identify any variances from it, should this happen, but also ensures the investor receives relevant regular information. The SME will find that keeping good investor relations will pay dividends in the future. Sometimes there can be grant support for this service and Central England Business Angels will access this if appropriate.
The Post Funding programme is bespoke to the requirements of both the investor and the investee. Of primary importance is a simple yet comprehensive financial reporting system that communicates to the investor the current position of the company. This can be benefical in assuring the company is meeting it's objectives and can alert both the MD and the Investor if corrective action is required.
