We carefully select and vet entrepreneurial opportunities for investor readiness and bring only the highest quality companies to the funding market. Every company accepted into the Central England Business Angels funding process receives individual bespoke attention to maximise the opportunity to generate Angel interest.
The Central England Business Angels service is free at the point of entry for all. This first phase consists of an initial evaluation of the business plan based on key indices of investor attractiveness. If deemed not ready for investment then an agreed plan of action is suggested to prepare the company for the market. Should the company be investor ready then a funding process and costings will be discussed.
Assistance where needed will be given to both investors and entrepreneurs. In particular, entrepreneurs will be coached in the likes and dislikes of Angels, ensuring that the investment process is as hassle free as posssible. Investors can expect assistance with EIS tax relief and, if desired, introduction to other like minded investors, syndicates and Regional Development Funds.
