Central England Business Angels welcomes investors looking to make tax-efficient investment in SME's based in Central England. These businesses are vetted by Central England Business Angels and presented in an investor ready form with information enabling the investor to make an early decision in principle - the Investor Information Pack. Details of the SME and relevant documentation will be available on the website (although hard copy can be supplied upon request). The website will enable investors to make investments either as individuals or in a group (commonly known as a syndicate), or both. |
