Central England Business Angels specialises in businesses seeking less than £250,000 but has the capacity to raise £500,000. Central England Business Angels welcomes investors looking to make tax-efficient investment in SME's based in Central England. These businesses are vetted by Central England Business Angels and presented in an investor ready form with information enabling the investor to make an early decision in principle - the Investor Information Pack. Details of the SME and relevant documentation will be available on the website (although hard copy can be supplied upon request). The website will enable investors to make investments either as individuals or in a group (commonly known as a syndicate), or both. |

He has been involved in SME fund raising since 1980 when, as one of the principals, he helped form Mercia Venture Capital, which raised over £14million and invested this in over 45 companies under the then Business Expansion (tax relief) Scheme.
